We actually made it to church on time today.
Read Neurology while the kids were napping.
Anita and Charlie stopped over and then Pierre and Anita came over to watch the Super Bowl.
We may have been the only Americans drinking wine and eating pate, Camembert, & Gorgonzola cheese during the Super Bowl!
That must have been a lot of laundry/wash. She doesn't record much by way of feelings - just events - so it must have been noteworthy!
ReplyDeleteYes, Amy, I know! I'm thinking that her Grandmother hadn't been able to do the wash for quite some time perhaps. The only other time she mentions 'very tired tonight' is after they got done butchering the hogs and she made all of that sausage...
DeleteWhen Dora and Grandpa say "Went down to see Grandpa", who are they referring too and where is "down"? Anyone know?
ReplyDeleteBrian, Mom thinks it was down on the south side of Silver street and M-60. If you go down a bit, on the west side of the road there is a patch of woods surrounded by fields. Mom thinks that the house was probably back there, but now it's demolished...
